May Flowers Volume III Spring Jewelry Collection
Spring is the season of rebirth and renewal. It’s also the season that blooms with vibrant colors as the earth comes alive after the colder months of winter. Typically during this time of year, I reach for vibrant colors and floral elements when I design jewelry. This year was no exception.
I was originally inspired to create a spring jewelry collection a few years ago when I visited a garden in Steamboat that is named for my late friend. With blooming trees, flowers of all colors, and such vibrancy and life, I was inspired to create my first May Flowers collection by that scene. Since 2020, I’ve looked forward to embracing the vibrant spring colors and crafting lovely spring jewels that emulated the vibrant colors around me during spring.
This year I found myself needing a few extra weeks to finalize my May Flowers collection. I’m excited about the full body of work that uses a variety of gemstones in several different spring colors. Jewelry in this collection incorporates tourmaline, turquoise, chalcedony, amazonite, and pink coral. I’m also proud to say that this year I took a few spins on designs from the first May Flowers jewelry collection, so you may recognize a few of the designs this year. And while I have several accent necklaces, I also created several pairs of earrings using elements from nature. With so many different options, there’s a design for everyone in this collection.
As always, you can shop the full spring jewelry collection online in my Online Shop.
This is the third installment of my May Flowers Spring jewelry collection release. Read more about the Volume I and Volume II releases in their dedicated blog posts.
