When you own a handcrafted jewelry business, there are a few questions that you hear over and over again. That’s no excption for Ashley, and what she hears from customers of Fifth Essence Jewelry. To try and answer some of those frequently asked questions, check below.

Can you create custom jewelry designs?

Do you craft custom jewelry in gold? 

What is your shipping policy? 

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days (longer if I have to make your item from scratch) via USPS First Class mail, and arrive within 3-5 business days in the lower 48 States. Delivery times will vary around Federal holidays. Please keep in mind that I am a one-woman show and can sometimes fall behind by a day or two. I will do my best to fulfill orders in a timely manner but reserve the right to change my shipping times due to extenuating circumstances. If you are concerned about receiving an order in a timely manner, please contact me to discuss possible expedited options. I will alert you by email when your order ships.

I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item becomes lost in the mail, I will do everything in my power to help you track it down. Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds for lost parcels. If you would like to add insurance to your jewelry, please message me when you place the order and I will add it to your order.

Do you have a repair policy?

If your item breaks in any way, such as a chain breaks or bead wire breaks, please contact me so I can fix it for you. If I made a mistake of your jewelry arrives broken, please contact me to discuss the best options for repair. You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping to me, and I will ship the item back for free.

Do you have a jewelry return policy? 

Returns and refunds are not allowed. I will not accept returns due to the wrong size or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product descriptions and pictures for measurements of all items. If you need additional information or have further questions, don’t hesitate to
message me prior to purchase.

I do offer an exchange policy so if you are truly dissatisfied with your jewelry we can exchange for something else. In this case, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
